After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation by email. Orders placed from Monday to Friday are generally processed and dispatched on the same day. Processing may take a little longer during busy periods.

Almost all orders are shipped with PostNL as a letterbox parcel or standard parcel, including tracking. For exceptionally lightweight orders, untracked letter mail may be available. The available shipping method and final shipping rate are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country and the weight of your order.

The stated delivery times apply from the moment your order is dispatched and are estimates. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not considered working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email and, where applicable, a tracking link.
