Frequently asked questions

Ordering through our online store is very easy. You can do this 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Browse the collection and place your favorite item(s) in your shopping cart. When you have selected all the desired items, click on 'SHOPPING CART' at the top of the navigation menu and complete your order by clicking on 'Checkout'. Simply follow the steps as they appear on the screen and that's it; your order has been placed!

Shopify Payments safely processes all our payments except PayPal.

All our prices are in Euros, including VAT but excluding the costs for shipping and handling. Though La Miséto strives to display the right prices on its website, errors may occur.

Shipping costs parcels:

  • Netherlands: €6,96 (mailbox €4,10)
  • Belgium & Germany: €10,00
  • Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Sovakia, Spain: 17,00
  • Rest of Europe: €30,00
  • Rest of the world: €65,00

All international shipments are insuranced up to a value of €200.

Shipping time:

Netherlands & Belgium: 1 - 3 days
Germany: 5 – 6 days
Rest of Europe: 6 – 9 days
Rest of the world: 10 - 14 days

All orders placed on weekdays before 12 pm CET will be shipped on the same day. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

In the week after the launch of a new collection, orders may ship with a delay of 2-3 workdays.

Worldwide shipping can be delayed due to Covid.  Shipping to the USA usually takes up to 6 weeks. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

If you change your mind or are dissatisfied with your purchase, it is possible to return the item(s) you ordered within 14 days following the delivery of your order. Simply download

here and enclose it in your package.
Please note that all sale items are final sales and may not be returned.

We use lots of (mirrored) acrylics for our products.
Good to know: Acrylics are 100% recycable.

• Remove any dust particles using a lint-free cloth

•Simply add a splash of mild liquid detergent to warm water, and gently wipe down with a chamois leather cloth for a streak free shine. Slightly wet the cloth and gently clean the surface, don’t apply to much pressure, that will scratch.

•After cleaning, just let it dry on the air. Or use a soft mircofiber- or polishing cloth and gently wipe the mirror dry

DON’T USE GLASS- OR MIRRORCLEANING SOAP! Use of such materials may cause irreversible surface damage to your acrylic mirror.
