Exchanges and returns

If you change your mind or are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order and receive a refund of the purchase price, including standard shipping costs (outbound shipping).

How to report a return: Send an email to hello@lamiseto.com to report your return to us. A completed form is not mandatory — a clear notification by email is sufficient.

Conditions:

• Products must be unused and, if possible, returned in their original packaging.
• Personalized products are excluded from returns. This is clearly indicated with the product beforehand.
• The return shipping costs are at your expense. We advise you to use a shipping method with tracking, so your shipment is insured. The item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

Refund: You will receive a refund of the purchase price, including the standard outbound shipping costs, no later than 14 days after we have received your return notification — or as soon as we have received the returned package, if that is later. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for your purchase.
