Shipping

Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email from us confirming your order. All orders placed monday through friday bij 12:00h (excluding holidays) will be processed on the same day and will be shipped within 2 business days. Shipping times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

All orders from La Miséto are sent as a (letterbox) package by PostNL, including track and trace number. If your order fits through the mailbox, it will be delivered to you for the rate of € 4,25.

Shipping times:

Netherlands & Belgium: 1 - 3 days
Germany: 5 – 6 days
Rest of Europe: 6 – 9 days
Rest of the world: 10 - 14 days

Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

In the week after the launch of a new collection, orders may ship with a delay of 2-3 workdays.
